Question 1

What is Gizmo AI Unlimited?

Accepted Answer

Gizmo AI Unlimited is a free, open-source browser extension that gives you unlimited hearts and unlocked hints on standard Gizmo AI quizzes, plus unlimited Magic Imports across app.gizmo.ai.

Question 2

Does it remove the Gizmo AI Magic Import cooldown?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It disables the client-side cooldown check used by Magic Import. It does not bypass or disable any server-side limits Gizmo may enforce.

Question 3

Is it free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is completely free and always will be. There is no paid extension tier, separate extension account, or payment of any kind.

Question 4

Is it safe? Does it collect my data?

Accepted Answer

It collects zero personal data. There are no cookies, no localStorage, no analytics, and no telemetry. All patching happens locally inside your browser, and the entire source code is public on GitHub so anyone can audit it.

Question 5

Which browsers are supported?

Accepted Answer

Firefox through Mozilla Add-ons. Chrome, Edge, and Brave are temporarily unavailable on the Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons — use the manual install on gizmo.best/get.

Question 6

Do I need a Gizmo account or subscription?

Accepted Answer

You need a free Gizmo account to use Gizmo, but no paid subscription. The extension changes only the app.gizmo.ai script running in your browser and does not modify your account, Gizmo's servers, or its APIs.

Question 7

Will it keep working when Gizmo updates their site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The patch rules are automatically refreshed every two hours by a scheduled pipeline, so the extension self-heals shortly after Gizmo ships changes.

Question 8

Does it modify Gizmo's servers or other users' experience?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing is changed on Gizmo's side. The patch applies only to the app.gizmo.ai script running in your browser and does not affect other websites or users.

Question 9

How do I install it?

Accepted Answer

On Firefox, add it from Mozilla Add-ons. On Chrome, Edge, or Brave, open gizmo.best/get and install v2.2.0 from GitHub with Load unpacked. Then open any quiz on app.gizmo.ai. It activates automatically — there is no setup or settings panel.
